    Lunch & Dinner: Citrusy Salmon with Blanched Veggies. Salt & pepper the salmon and fry with butter in a pan. Slice half a lemon into pieces, and use the other half for juice, add water and brown sugar. Once the skin of salmon looks crispy, add in the lemon slices & sugary lemon juice. In another pan, fry garlic, onion and capsicum. Add sliced broccoli & carrot. Add some water & salt. Blanch until tender and add cubed tomato.     Recipe: blend 2 onions + 4 garlic cloves + 0.5inch ginger + 2 teaspoon of ground coriander, sauté in pot. Add in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoon red sugar, 2 tablespoon oyster sauce, a stick of cinnamon and 2 starranise into d pot. Add in some water till pot almost full. Add in sliced meat, sliced carrots, quartered potatoes. Cook until meat is soft, add water if necessary and season with salt. As for salad, julienne(cut into matchstick sizes) d carrot, red chilli, green bellpepper, scallion and chopped parsley. In another bowl squeeze lime juicr, fish sauce and a lil sugar. Mix together with salad. Once soup is ready, serve with vermicelli and garnish with salad. Yums! #recipe #homecooked  (Taken with Instagram at Ami’s Kitchen)
